Help Converting Pokémon Red ROM to .8xp for TI-Boy CE

I'm trying to play Pokémon Red on my TI-84 Plus CE using TI-Boy CE, but I'm using a Chromebook and can't run the tiboyce-romgen.exe converter. I legally own the game and have the ROM file: Pokemon - Red Version (USA, Europe) (SGB Enhanced).gb

Would someone be willing to convert it to a .8xp file for me using the TI-Boy CE ROM converter? I’d really appreciate it!

I can upload the ROM via Google Drive if needed — just let me know what works best.
