My TI-30XIIS does the following calculation:
log(10^(ln(e^(asin(sin(acos(cos(atan(tan(asinh(sinh(acosh(cosh(atanh(tanh(sqrt(2!^-1^2F<>D
followed by the ENTER key, resulting in "1/2".
That's 21 functions, each used once, a single 1-digit parameter ("2"), and no closing parentheses. Can you do better? Feel free to use other calculators and definitions of "most complicated" if you like -- This is meant to be a fun challenge.
If you get a kick out of complicated mathematical formulas, you might enjoy browsing a table of integrals (one famous book is Gradshteyn and Ryzhik- there's some crazy stuff in there)
Are plus signs allowed? So far, I've come up with this:
Code:
iPart(abs(sin(A)+cos(A)+tan(A)+int(√(A)+fPart(A/π)+ln(A+1)+e^(A)+round(A,0)+
abs(A)+min(A,9)+max(A,1)+randInt(1,9)+cumSum({A})(1)+ΔList({A})(1)+
seq(A,X,1,1)(1)+sum({A})(1)+prod({A})(1)+dim({A})+length("A")+remainder(A,3
if A was 1, the result could be 18. "could" due to the randInt() function.
My intention was to reply with what calculator is being used and your changes to the definition of "most complicated" -- The original constraints were TI-30XIIS, each function used only once, a single 1-digit parameter, and no closing parentheses.

i used ti 84 plus
Following the constraints in the original post, a TI-30XIIS also does:
log(10^(ln(e^(asin(sin(acos(cos(atan(tan(asinh(sinh(acosh(cosh(atanh(tanh(sqrt(2!^-1^2+RAND->F<>D
followed by the ENTER key -- 23 functions each used once, a single 1-digit parameter ("2"), and no closing parentheses.
