Maybe I should also introduce myself, as created account some months ago.

I've been lurking more or less active in calculator enthuastic community for 27 years or so, made my first programs for TI-86 somewhere around 1998 or 1999 (you can see those mostly embarassing examples in ticalc), in IRC I've been also at least from 2003 or 2004, first in #tcpa, but from this year
onwards also in #cemetech, thanks to Merth.

In recent years I haven't that much programmed for calculators, but started a bit collecting them, so I
have now 10 in total.

I'm working in test automation area, so my current job includes lots of playing with software and python programming, that might have eraded me from calculator programming, but let's see what future holds.

Living in capital area in Finland, so life is happiest it can be according to studies.

The 3000th post in this thread! Can't believe how much Cemetech has grown nowadays!
Hi, I'm particleray, I'm in highschool and know nothing about coding, I just went on this site to mod my TI-84 Plus CE and made an account because why not lol, who knows maybe I'll even learn something on here
Here to ask (hopefully intelligent) questions from the friendly calculator community about programming. Thanks for having me. 🙂
Hello. I am learning how to program my TI-84+ (using the book Programming the TI-83 Plus/TI-84 Plus) and also a bit of Python using this book and like downloading games from Cemetech. I have written two programs that I am submitting for publication (more that I am not): one a program version of a flowchart for identifying freshwater bugs, and the other a timer for Rubik's Cubers. I hope they get published!
Welcome to Cemetech, new folks! TheLever, I'm glad you found my book to be helpful: let me know if you have any questions or comments. I look forward to seeing your programs, and don't forget to post about them in the Your Projects subforum so that they're eligible for our Projects of the Month.
Hello, I'm a french calculator lover, coming from TI-Planet, and I have (principally) a TI-83 Premium CE Edition Python ! I have uploaded to it a lot of games and programs (some come from Cemetech 🙂 ), and I program in Python and TI-Basic on it.
I'm a big fan of Ubuntu (and Linux in general), as my username shows 🙂
Amazing name, amazing profile picture 🙂
it took me 2 days to make this account
i have a TI-84+ and are getting a ce py
Hi,
I am a retired math teacher in Oregon. This year I am substituting in the same district. I am trying to obtain access to an TI-84 emulator. This is the reason I am on the site.

Thanks.
I probably should have done this sooner (I've been on cemetech for almost 11 months). I am a MS student who owns too many calculators (30+). I know a bit of EZ80 ASM, a decent amount of python, a little C/C++, and a great amount of TI-BASIC. My best calculators are as follows: 84+SE/CSE/CE, a 9750GIII, an Nspire Touchpad CAS, and a HP 32SII. I'm currently trying to (maybe) write a CAS-esque program in C for the CE, or just something that works good on it 🙂

(PS: my mycalcs account hasn't been update for a while, I have way more than 4 calculators)
Guys, check your post to make sure it's here. Sometimes it says the link posted but it really didn't.

If this happened to you, just re-upload.
I've been a long time lurker. In high school I visited here to download games for my TI84+ CE. Now I visit to find programming advice. I wrote a terrible pong game in ez80 many months back, and now I'm trying out c.
I'm currently about halfway through writing a solitaire game. I know someone already wrote solitaire for my calculator, but I want the practice. If my brain stays interested for long enough, I would love to write a port of Balatro to the TI84+ CE. But that's a lofty goal for my current experience level.
Anyway, Hello forum!

I've tinkered with programming since '85, probably two dozen languages. they're all the same, and I'm not super fluent in any of them. Just picked up a cg50 to help with learning assembly x86, about 30 years later than I had intended to.
Hello my name is CalcGeek and I am working on two projects for the 84 CE right now.
The first project is a TI Basic/CeltiCE Geometry Dash.
The second project I'm working on, is a little more complicated. I am trying to make all languages that the 84 CE doesnt have accesible to the CE here is a link to that forum
I would love all the help since I am a noob.
Hi, im Liam and i program in Python and some TI Basic. i just released my first full python game.
