We've already told you multiple times to stop this. It makes you look like an idiot, please stop.
No You Havent, I Have No Idea What You Are Talking About.
If you keep capitalizing every single word, we will ban you. And yes, we have had this discussion before.

If you really don't like it, then create a userscript that makes it not Capital Case (or just deal with it). That's his writing style, and you don't have any direct control over his words.

Well as you can see in your comment above, you did not specify what you were talking about.
This is not a bannable offense. You will not be banned for capitalising every letter in a post.
I Think Everyone Who Capitalizes Every Word Should Be Banned. Seriously, How Do People Think They Can Get Away with This!

What?
New user here—I personally never took issue with the current design. I understand many of the perspectives offered here but from my view it seems serviceable as is. I'm the kind of person who will bicker about site layouts endlessly and write my own userstyle if it comes to it, so if I had major gripes with the website's UI I would have most certainly pointed them out or patched them up myself somehow.
I suppose an update could be nice from a modernization perspective, and I'd be happy to provide mockups as UI design is something I'm very enthusiastic about, but at the current moment having just joined I'm very comfortable with the current layout. I only just wish the topmost navbar wasn't so big; headers are something I almost never like on websites as much as sidebars.

...also, what? I've seen plenty of people Write Their Sentences Like This, I don't know why they do it but it doesn't actively harm anything other than looking a little quaint. I don't think they'd be typing that way just to annoy you or anyone else.
