I have no idea why this happens, but ticonnectce.latealways.dev, instead of connecting a TI-84 Plus CE, connected a device called NoCertNotSet. It turned out that this device was my calculator. Now, it does not show my calculator, no matter what I do. I was thinking about buying a new battery, but I am not sure about that. So, does anyone have any suggestions about what I could do to fix this, and also set the Calculator's name back to TI-84 Plus CE?
Certificate got corrupted for some reason (it can happen even when only doing official things like transferring apps, we've seen that). Could be fixable with CerMastr if you know what you're doing I suppose (there might be a tutorial idk).

TI Connect CE or TILP should work just fine though for usual transfers regardless of cert though. I'm not sure about the online version. I know ticalc.link is relying on the name (it shouldn't...) so that won't work.

The main problem is that the computer now will not see the calculator at all now.
Also I am on ChromeOS, and I do not have access to the Chrome Web Store.
You can try sending the files to a friend's calculator. Then do a calculator to calculator transfer.

That sounds like a good idea. Is there some sort of tutorial for renaming the calculator with CerMastr?

Yup, that's what happened with my older 83PCE - an interrupted FlashApp transfer and poof, it was turned into a NoCertProductName SerCertNotSet.

Yeah. A semi-recent build of libticalcs (containing 54ad18eaac9f2b7e52fda284acb2729f06bf18c4 from 2019) is needed for TILP to be able to deal with my calculator.
Does anyone know what I could do to make my computer actually see the calculator, because if my computer cannot see my TI-84 Plus CE, I press the reset button, and usually the problem is solved. This time, for some reason, this does not work, and only resets the ram. I also tried to actually reset the ram, but nothing changed. Any Suggestions?
