Is there a way to block an extension through the browser console? I couldn't find anything but I was just curious if it was even possible.

Chrome:
You can't deny an extension for a specific site and have every other site be
If you go to chrome://extensions/, you will see the list of installed extensions and options for them. Go to the extension you want to deny for a specific site, and click 'Details'. On the option that says 'Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit', select 'On specific sites'. You can then add a site manually when the dialog pops up. Unfortunately, you have to manually whitelist the extension for every site you want it to have access to. See
the Chrome support page for more info.
