Im currently working on a project to make wireless texting possible between calcs, in python, yes pyton with the Micro:bit TI-python supported module & The Micro:bit itself.

I dont quite know what to tell about this project, but if anyone wants to help testing (I dont have 2 calcs) that would be really appreciated.

Update: Project is now about 60% done for the group chat program, the 2 people only chat is done about 80%. I will finish the entire thing probably close to the end of the next vacation.
Hey, Jelte2357;
I'm actually pretty interested in this kind of project. If you want to send any code to me, I have two CE calcs. I'd love to see what you have done so far!

do you also have 2 microbits and working connection cables? since those are needed to make it work. if you do I would send the code (after making some more improvements)
also does anyone know a place to get decently working connection cables for the calc and micro:bit?
Hi, I am trying to do the exact same thing. Is there any way you can send me the code files and let me know the hardware you used? Thank you!
This project is for the TI-84 Plus CE, which has native support for the Micro:bit hardware. The TI-84 Plus does not, so you would need to take a different approach.
Like commandblockguy said, this is a project for the Plus CE version of the calculator, which will not work with the monochrome. That said, the code files are in the archive under the plus ce - python section. The name is Bit2Talk. While that version works, it is very bad, so dont just remake it line for line for the arduino.
