fx-83GT PLUS has an OKI ML610901 inside which runs at 125kHz(estimated by anon34 and Zeroko).

These 2 calculators lack hardware documentation, so you can't know the clock speed precisely. fx-991EX is also based on nX-U8/100 architecture, if you're interested.
