This isn't enough information to debug anything; try to provide more (perhaps recording timings or error messages from the browser console?).
Having just tried it now, these seem like something wrong with your network or system configuration because SourceCoder works fine for me right now and I've not had any issues with SAX, even on various Chromebooks.

I'm on a Lenovo 300e 2nd gen, having the same issue with SAX taking a lot longer than normal to appear after signing in, but I don't know about the CE C file issue.
