Notice in big bold letters in the top of the link you posted that that information is horrendously outdated Wink

Your best bet is to download the CE C Toolchain and Libraries: https://ce-programming.github.io/

The C toolchain provides many examples that you can find in the "examples" folder when you install it (specifically ones with moving sprites and drawing things!).
