Is there any tool on the Prizm that allow me to save a single digit of a number in a Casio basic program?
Speaking generally and assuming you mean the most significant digit when you refer to the "first digit":

N=10^floor(log10(x)) has the same number of digits as x (for positive values of x), where the most significant digit is 1 and the rest are zero.

floor(x/N) is then the integer value of the digit in the most significant position of x.
