I can't open one of my PMs. Attempting to do so gives the following error:
"Could not update private message read status for user"
This prevents me from reading the PM.
Is it a PM that was sent automatically by the system, or from a human?
By a human, but it was edited several times.
The post ID is 32339, if that helps at all.
Perhaps the senders Sent Box is full. Once it's opened the PM gets moved from the "Outbox" to the "Sent Box", and I presume if the system can't successfully move the message over it errors out.
I have no way of verifying this, however I do have a full sent box so I could PM someone then delete a message if they can't open it.
Good idea, my sent box is indeed full. I have just moved a number of messages from the sent box to the save box.
I still cannot open the PM. I get the same error.
