Will the emulator work on a Chromebook

Sorry if this is a repeat post. I was able to run the emulator from a PC but can't seem to get it to work from a Chromebook. Anyone have success with that?
If you're referring to jsTIfied, it does indeed work on Chromebooks. What have you tried in order to make it work, and at what step did it fail?
If you are referring to CEmu, it also is capable of running on the web/Chromebooks. It can be seen working on TI-Planet's Project Builder and their Downloads.
