well i dont know i just simple press like a hundred times the on button then i said nop didnt work and 1 hour later it simply turned on 
Ok KiKiOji, i think it's a bad contact on the board.
Maybe oxydation or more possible some dust or a kind of moisture.
You will probably need to clean the board if the problem reappear.
If you need to disassemble your calculator take picture to localisate screw at each step of your disassembling.
To clean the board i think the best is a very little piece of tissu with alcool 70 degrees. It clean fine and it let no water.
