Reinstall TIOS on a TI83+ with KnightOC

I have a TI83+with KnightOS installed. Whenever I attempt to send TIOS to it, it freezes on a garbage collect screen.

Is there a fix?
How did the OS get deleted? that is not a common thing.

I installed KnightOS as a operating system and now cannot revert to TIOS.
can you delete KnightOS?

also, on KnightOS's website it says: Warning! KnightOS isn't done, and you may be underwhelmed. KnightOS has no math or graphing support past a simple 4-operation calculator. Additionally, note that installing KnightOS will erase your RAM and TI-OS Archive. Proceed with caution.

Finally found the solution. KnightOS corrupted my archive causing the GarbageCollect to freeze. It was as simple as following the key command for that here.
