I am looking for help wiring a DC motor to the Ti Hub. Do I need to do anything special? Is there anything I need other than the motor?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Welcome to Cemetech! Apologies for the slow response. You cannot power the motor directly from the data output. You'll need to use a transistor, resistor, and the motor in a switching configuration. Take a look at this very relevant lesson on how that would look, assuming it is indeed a DC motor. Did you get the breadboard pack with the TI Innovator Hub, and/or do you have access to some components?
