When submitting a Bug Report it's important to follow a few steps. These steps reduce the amount of questions that are asked and speed up the diagnosis and eventual solution to your problem. To the best of your abilities answer as many of the following bullet points as you can
  • Create a succinct but descriptive topic title.
  • Tell us what operating system you have.
    • If possible, list the specific version. macOS 10.12.5 versus macOS 10.12 or Windows 10 Pro versus Windows 10 Home. This information usually won't affect the problem but it's plausible Chrome on Mac may not have the same issue as Chrome on Windows.
  • What browser and browser version you're using?
  • What's happening?
  • What did you expect to happen?
  • Can you replicate the problem after clearing your cache or trying a different browser?
  • Have you taken any steps to resolve the problem on your end?
  • If you can't easily describe the bug, feel free to embed a screenshot or video.


Don't forget to search over the existing topics as your bug may already have been reported! If you do find an existing topic, post these same details to the topic. The more information we have about a bug, the easier it will be to locate and diagnose.
