Tried to register my Casio FX-CG20 on Casio's UK website. I'm a registered user and when I tried to register the CG20 after putting in the A and B keys from the back of the calculator it warns in Red about needing a 'Distinction Code'. There is no field labelled for that and I don't know what they are asking
Where are you trying to register it, exactly? I navigated their site and got as far as the following, which doesn't appear to offer an option for graphing calculators:
