Just to let you know that

I submitted an adapted from Casio fx-CG50 https://edu.casio.com/products/graphic/fxcg50/ to have more consistent with previous models’ main menu icons (i.e. up to OS 2.02) looking as on the below screenshots with selected and unselected icons respectively:

It is slower than on Casio fx-CG50 but using Ptune2 helps if you decide to overclock your Prizm.

If anyone can produce nicer icons I will be happy to update.

And this is the new fx-CG500:

We also learn about a new fx-CG50 with blue back cover:

Too bad they are calling both models Prizm...
but still lucky us all the prizm play together nicely or at least to such a great extent Smile
I don't even...

@gbl08ma

It's because they are "classic" models now. Wink

Yes, a friend of mine suggested too that they are now "collector's items".
I need to physically see the new model - classic one felt a bit oversized (i even considered slimming its back and using slim rechargeable battery to achieve that). Hopefully new Prizm feels more compact
Got one of the new CG50's today, really like it! It's much faster compared to the CG-20. Unfortunately every app has to be updated because they're not compatible.

That's the worst! Sad I'm assuming that's mostly for apps developed by the community?
I would like to be able to upload a separate version of my programs for CG-50, the add-on images are a completely different style and it would be nice to give users the option to download only what they need.

If you look at https://www.cemetech.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=261666#261666 it is explained that the coders didn't do a thing that was needed with memory, but can very easily fix the issue, recompile, and upload and all is well again.
