The screen on my TI-84 Plus CE-T started displaying horizontal lines and streaks (see picture below); any assistance with troubleshooting would be appreciated.

I tried clearing the RAM but the problem's still there, though now it seems like the streaking doesn't appear until 30 seconds or so after turning the calculator on.
Press 2nd and del while pressing the reset key in the back. Then reinstall the OS. That should solve it.

Also the streaks on the display seem to get darker when the calculator is physically rotated - does this indicate anything about what the fault might be?
