I found some old version of TI-Freakware in its first version on geocities on a floppy disk once... I might have to see if I still have it and post the pages...
That way you can see how bad I used to be at html...

My god... I was looking back through old topics I posted in and found this. I never listened to the Cemetech theme above until a few months ago and just did it again now. That sounded... well... I dunno what to say, other than extremely dated . If used again it would need to be modernized heavily lol, else I think if Doors CE 9 Youtube video starts with this it will make people cringe . Good to see old files up, though.
Also it's a shame that the Boards2go is not only gone, but not even archived at the Wayback machine either. It would have been fun to go back through the older posts there. At least, the Invisionfree board at http://z3.invisionfree.com/Cemetech is still intact, but still. Not to mention that perhaps the old posts could have been imported into the current database or as archive hosted on the current server at one point or another, like with UTI.

Heh, the theme song definitely needs to be modernized, and it would be nice to add the actual sung lyrics that are supposed to go on top (Cemetech - Leading the Way to the Future!). That sounds like a job for more musically inclined Cemetech members than myself, perhaps.

Does Invisionfree offer some kind of database dump now? I believe the last time I checked, they offered no such thing. I suppose the posts could be spidered, but that sounds like a reasonable amount of work.
They offered db dump ages ago, but it costed money and there's no estimate as to when they do them after a request, if they still do conversions at all. What some Forumotion and Invisionfree users do is write scripts to spider each topic page manually, one by one, but obviously that's a grey area and speed throttling implementation is a must. Jim Bauwens wrote a script for the old Omni boards in Feb 2012, which excluded users accounts and hidden boards (although posts could be manually re-attributed via PhpMyAdmin by staff), but I am unsure if he implemented proper speed throttling.
