Hello!
I am trying to learn C for the TI-84 plus CE and can't seem to figure out how to use the commands and configurations that come with the libraries, such as GFX. Is there any guide that can explain this?

Yeah, there are many examples available inside of the CEdev/examples folder; you can find a lot of the graphics programs in there. (
Also viewable on GitHub). In addition, all of the header files are in CEdev/include/lib/ce (
here), and each function includes a short description on what it does and how it works. You can look more into the graphx library in the graphx.h header file. Hope this helps a little bit
