I was wondering if anyone here can help me fix this Nspire CX.

I don't have the skill or equipment to solder it properly. As you can see in pictures the Micro USB Port has come completely off the circuit board.

I will ship this to and pay anyone who can fix it for me. I really need this calculator for school.
It appears it is possible, I just am not capable of completing this repair.

Yes, it can be soldered back on (although whatever caused it to come off might have caused other damage which might not be nearly as simple to fix). I would not recommend you ship this calculator to someone who offers to fix it because of course, by doing that, the odds of you ever seeing your calculator again are pretty slim. Your best bet would be to get a skilled person you know and trust to do it for you, given that they are very small connections and require good soldering skills and proper tools.
