This is great, PatrickDavidson! Thanks for the update. I didn't look at the source yet, so I must say that I'm curious if you switched to Doors CSE's sprite routines or stuck with your hyper-optimized, 256-byte-aligned-palette routines.
Neither of those, actually -- I switched the routine to one that doesn't use lookups, and in the process made the game bloat quite a bit. But with all that gigantic flash storage, who cares?
Can you edit your starting number of lives, etc.
Are you saying like if you can hack it? It may be possible even I'm not the author of the program, my reasoning is that it may involve different codes to the lives not just one or two.
