Colored Text on Graph (TI-84+ CE)

There are only a few BASIClibs for the TI-84+ CE, and they all seem to be pretty limited.
I'm making a game in BASIC where the graph screen has a background color, but the Text( command doesn't support colored text. Has anyone made a lib that allows you to put colored text on the graph screen? I know about the CETextLib, but that only supports text on the home screen IIRC.

The Text() command absolutely supports color text. Use the TextColor() command, found in the Draw ([2nd][PRGM]) menu.
Right, but the only two background colors are WHITE and MEDIUMGREY
