Fixed. PHP 5.6 defaults to UTF-8 (which it helpfully puts in your Content-Type header), but all our pages are supposed to be Latin-1 (specified via a meta tag in the page header, which is overridden by the response header).
When I'm working with SC, and then press F5 for reloading the page, there appears an alert with "Are you sure?" or so. But then the title of the page was not Cemetech | Tools | SourceCoder but www.cemetech.net/sc

Cannot replicate in Firefox. What browser are you using?
Chrome 43.0.2357.130
EDIT: I thought this only happens with the http:// version, not https://, since I cannot replicate this with https://
And another thing: when using Opera Mini on my mobile phone (Android 2.3.6), and going to SC, the site says "Template->make_filename(): Error - template file not found: site/sc3_main.tpl". I'm not logged on then. Even reloading won't help.

That's because it's loading the mobile theme, which SourceCoder isn't optimized for. Click the [Switch to Desktop view] at the footer of the page.

By "isn't optimized for" you really meant "is completely broken with." There's a difference.

Fair point, I remember doing the SC2 templates which simply stated to use the desktop site but there have been no attempts to do the SC3 templates, as has been pointed out.
I am not getting any notifications in my email when a post is added to a topic I am watching or I get a PM. I originally started this topic, but I don't know what is wrong or how it went wrong. I just stopped getting notifications.

I see this title-bar-colored bar that runs across the page when posfing a new posf, next to where "Projects of the Month" appears in the left sidebar.

That's weird, I don't see it in this subforum but I can see it when replying so some threads, such as this one.
Here's a shot with Firefox 39.0 inspecting the element:

Through trial and error, I have discovered that the problem is the <iframe> for a YouTube video inside the <iframe> for the page preview. Current working theory is that we have some broken markup somewhere.
Not a problimatic bug, but could be helpful:
In the file rejected message a user gets, you mention not attaching a zip file a problem, but, when uploading a file, you say that .tar.gz (Is it .tar.gz? I'm not familier with linux terms) files are accepted. Adding a "No .zip or .tar.gz file attached" may prevent some conclusion.
But, again, not problematic, just a fine detail.

Interesting file you have there in the archives https://www.cemetech.net/programs/index.php?mode=file&id=1334

Under http://dcs.cemetech.net/index.php/SDK the links to the .inc files for dcs6.inc, dcs7.inc, and dcse8.inc are also broken.
Oh well. There are other ways to get places.

Bump. Thanks Kerm. Also, it's 8.2 now.

A couple of days ago I checked my spam box in my email, and all of the emails I should have been getting were in there. I don't know how it got set to spam, because it had been in my regular inbox earlier this year, but I fixed it and I am getting notifications normally.

Yup. We actually just found out the reason for this issue today. We advise everyone to put cemetech.net in their contacts (admin & noreply @cemetech.net) to ensure our e-mails get delivered. Sadly, new users registering will not be aware of this (nor perhaps a lot of registered uses) and a server side solution for that should be finished soon.
This didn't seem to be a problem with gmail.com but more with hotmail, outlook and a few others. Which is why when I tested your stand-alone topic bug report on this issue I received the e-mail.

Were a lot of people noticing the problem? Also, I have a gmail. Is it possible that I got a ton of emails from Cemetech and gmail eventually just blocked it because it seemed like I was getting spam or something?
