Does the Casio Elite Service system work outside the United States?
In India specifically. I have been trying to get my fx CG 20 calculator fixed and couldn't find any way to contact them.
The website says that my product code ( fx cg 20) is invalid. I tried all combinations ( with and without spaces, dashes etc).
Is there any other way I can contact them from India?
If I understood correctly fxcg20 model gets rejected, it could mean the service you are trying may indeed American only as they wouldn't support that model, but fxcg10 instead. Is there a way to call casio in India and sort it out over the phone. Or perhaps casio in japan if they speak English, im convinced people will do their best on the phone to help you before your exams. Good luck
