I used to have the options geometry, picture plot, conversion and physium on my main menu page but now it only goes up to 'system' could someone please help me find out what i did and how to restore them back to normal? thank you

You or someone else deleted all the add-ins in the storage memory (files ending in .g3a). Add-ins are extra software for the calculator that appear after "System" on the Main Menu.

To restore the official Casio add-ins:
- Go to https://edu.casio.com/products/graphic/fxcg10_20/
- Look for "Download Resources", select the language (if needed) and press Submit;
- "Accept" the license agreement;
- Under fx-CG series, select "Add-in software".

All the official add-ins released to date should appear. Note that the most recent versions of some are not compatible with older Operating System versions; you can check what your current OS version is by entering the "System" option in the Main Menu and pressing F4.
From that page you can also download the latest OS version (2.00) if you don't have it already; by installing it you'll be able to run the latest versions of all the Casio-made add-ins.

To install add-ins, connect the calculator to the computer using USB (press F1 on the mode choice screen) and copy the g3a files to the calculator, out of any folder. Casio has a guide on how to do this: on the download page, check for the "Installation Guide".

If you want to update the OS, the update installer will guide you through the necessary steps.
