Rotating a pre-rotated coordinate system is my problem. I can do "absolute" rotation with no problems, wherein one set of arrows always changes the XY rotation and another set always changes the YZ rotation (for example), but I want "relative" rotation. This means that depending on how the graph is already rotated, pressing the same set of arrows might do aribtrary things to rotation. Everything other than that works nicely, and like you, I maintain the original (X,Y,Z) coordinates for display during tracing, not modifying them for rotation. That's why the rotation is so hard. :/
