My friend recently got a Prizm, and he, as a n00b, accidentally deleted the "Casio folder and storage memory". He already tried resetting the calc, but it did not work. Any suggestions?

Re-download the files (images and add-ins) from Casio's website.
Alternatively, he could do a full OS re-install, could he not? Or does that not restore the images and add-ins?
Neither of those worked. Any other suggestions?
