If the string is of the form "(AX+B)", then Sub(Str,2,Length(Str)-1 should do the trick.

That may be true, but have you done anything new on the project since then?
I have actually been re-writing and optimizing all of my programs
I'm currently in the process of re-designing my STARTEND program. It will look much nicer, in my opinion, but it will take a *little* more space...

What does the STARTEND program do, and what are you doing to make it look nicer?
STARTEND is a subprgm which runs at the beginning of every one of my programs. It lets the user know who wrote it and contains my email and the Cemetech URL.

In an attempt to make it look nicer, I'm going to take out the black background, rearrange the information, and use the Horizontal and Line( functions to draw out my username
