I just remembered today is free day. Hurriedly log in at sparkfun, and I'm greeted with a 403 for the free day page. At any rate, I'll be refreshing occasionally for a while.
This years system sucks. I have better things to do than fill out 9001 reCaptchas.

I filled out between 5000 and 6000 captcha, by my estimate, over the course of about 4 hours. No dice. So frustrating and useless.

I actually filled in a few thousand or more of those. Over 5 and a half ours. I was actually sitting in my assembler class, filling out captchas, and I finally saw the "winner" screen. That's right, I won. I'm thinking about buying either a logic analyzer or the Egg bot.

Congrats. Glad that someone among us Cemetechians won, at least.True. I hope I wasn't the only one. I also had to explain what "captcha's" were. I got a few people laughing at my odds, so it was totally worth it all seeing the screen. Sorry you didn't get to see it Kerm!
What I want to know is how many millions of hours of lost productivity Sparkfun lost companies around the US and around the world in exchange for $200K. I bet it's at least a million hours, so they cost the world a good $10-$20 million in productivity with this.
