That sounds quite handy indeed, Kaslai. And it's forced to use a USB interface? Nowhere you could tap something less complicated to interface before the USB controller, like SPI or I2C, both of which a graphing calculator can handle? AHelper, that might indeed be a good option, but perhaps the USB stuff could be pulled out into an app to run on the TI-OS? I certainly like something the circumvents the port insanity that is USB-handling on the TI-84+ line, though.
The ROBO Interface can also communicate over a serial cable, but it probably uses way to many streams for the 2 stream IO port to handle.
I don't have much experience at all making flash apps. If you want to wrap the Linky driver into a flash app, I can get you the asm-output from SDCC. Since GlaßOS is cool with custom callbacks, I never used im 2, so that needs to be done. Other than that, the driver doesn't use any functions, but needs ram areas, 50-100 bytes tops(?). You could be awesome and make the app into a lib and let basic programs use the USB Very Happy (Why not do it myself? I don't have a build system for tios stuffs)
