He hasn't asked for it, just hinted; hinting doesn't provide adequate communication to ensure both parties are understanding things on the same page.

If Kerm asks outright, I don't see why he can't have it.

You can tell him that you have noticed the hinds and tell him that the procedure to become a member is to outright ask. Just let him know that if he desides to ask, you are the person whom to ask.

If he asks you, go ahead and approve it unless you decide otherwise. I do not see any reason why we would not accept him though.

The announcement of Kermmartian's UTI-Membership (which was a surprise, to be honest) sounds at first and for a while that he just joined our forums as a regular member, but then it goes on to say that he's been promoted to UTI-Staff; I wouldn't be sure what his rank is now if I didn't go to look it up on his profile. Just to be sure, though, what am I congratulating him on?
