So, this is my problem. When i was banned from the forum, Jbirk gave me a month free of Supporter subscription for some reason. Now, apparently the forum doesn't know i'm still a supporter though. I've lost my icon, and i'm not in the group anymore. And I can't even buy a new subscription now because i'm actually still subscribed.
I hope you can help me,

well, my subscription is officially gone, it said it expired at sept 30. But the control panel still says i'm subscribed to it. Also, i remember being a supporter before for ages, even though i only paid for 3 months. I think there's a bit of a problem there... |

Leofox used to be a UTI Supporter.
His subscription expired on the forums: no more icon, etc.
His control panel lists him as still subscribed.
Being "subscribed," he can't "re"-subscribe. |

Apparently he had to create a new user just to give money to UTI.  Anyway, it looks like his supporter icon is back. I also like how everyone is addressing him in third-person. |

Yeh, nice to have it back. However, i wont be able to renew it no more, i spent my last internet money on something else xD. Gotta find a way to put stuff on paypal again.
What was the problem with the ending of subscription? |

You were still subscribed, probably caused by something we did manually a couple months ago.

No, the last major forum upgraded added that functionality, we have only been doing security patches since.
