Just noticed Foster@TI is a member here, and not only that, but he's labeled as a "UTI member." But it seems like he's not able to post anywhere on the forums; anyone know why? Just wondering.

To my knowledge, he "should" be able to post. He was in some validating group or something like that because he did not complete his registration or something like that. It may be some spam feature with the forum or something. Anyway, we promoted him to a UTI Member hoping to correct that issue.

Is he not able to post? still?
