Today is March 14th, 2008, aka 3/14/08. Math, science, and technology enthusiasts around the world celebrate this as Pi Day due to the resemblance between the date and the beginning of the irrational number pi. Some go further and claim that Pi Day culminates at precisely 1:59:26 am and/or pm, as these are the third through seventh digits of pi after the decimal point. So happy Pi Day, eat lots of pie, and please practice saying as many digits of pi as you can remember. I personally can do 52; what about the rest of you?
