clipped line drawing routine |

Hi,
Does anyone know a good, optimized clipped line drawing routine? I'm sure there are a few around, but they are really hard to find. Also, it would be best if it supports 2byte coordinates (signed). |

| I have a couple that I've written, but I'm not too confident on the speed or accuracy of the routines. I am positive that BenRyves has an excellent one from his Nostromo raycaster. |

| EDIT: benryves gave me a clipping routine, and now it works. |

Great, that's good to hear. If you happen to find out that he's willing to have other people be able to use that routine, perhaps he or you could share it in our z80 Useful Routines topic. |

| I didn't write the routine, qarnos did and let me use it in BBC BASIC. I guess you would need to ask him. |

Hmm, I actually just finished one yesterday that I would be willing to share. It is by no means the most optimised piece I have made, but it allows drawing with a given pattern and has full sprite clipping. I also used it for raycasting XD I will be posting about it soon in another topic with screenies

Sorry, my internet was really buggy, so I couldn't post it until today. |
