It needs smoothing and shading, and I think that the shade of blue is too dark, but it's a good start.

This, but also all of those colors are incredibly saturated. I still think the lineart needs work, but here's what I would more suggest color-wise:



All of your colors had the HSL Saturation component all the way to the max -- 240 in MSPaint, 255 in Grafx2. I lowered most of them to a level that'd hurt the eyes less. The "value" (basically the color that would result from turning a color to greyscale) component of the colors are pretty close together for now, but that's to be expected as you don't have any shading yet, hence why I can't really try to add a bit of contrast.

(This motivates me to try and finish up my color theory intro "tutorial" soon and post it Smile)
