So you can't run any exe's at all? Then how were you able to use Portable Notepad++?

Perhaps it's only installers that you cannot run? did you try using Tari's frozen binpac8x in place of the raw python binpac8x, or were you unable to get to a point to try it?

For Tari's frozen BinPac, you mean? Ahh, so you were never able to get the executable in the first place to try it. Well, Catherine and Souvik's online assembler should work for you for now, although as a backup we still should find a way for you to have a local toolchain that works.
