I don't know. She's been adamant about the whole 'killing a good man, a very good man' bit about why she's in there. If he stops her from killing him, then the whole timeline would rewrite itself. Or explode, not sure.
There was also the brief view of River with the weird eye patch thing.
He tells what's his name that he's 'dying tomorrow'. Doesn't that mean that the Rori and Amy we saw in the department store already knows about his death? Or did he dump them in a future time? Something that wasn't explained.
The obvious would be a ganger, since there was a subtle hint to the one that got left behind that he could survive it. But that is way too obvious, so.. Who knows :/

Something that wasn't explained. | Well, I was writing that they were dumped before his death, but then the poster "For the Girl Who's Tired of Waiting" also plays into affect before the first episode of Season 6, Pt. 1. It'd also make much less sense to dump them before his death because then they'd already know and try to stop it from happening themselves; they'd know those blue envelops, they'd know the astronaut would come from the water, they'd basically know everything from the time the Doctor picked them up to the time he dropped them off and they'd be able to change the course of time by doing so.

I thought Sat's episode was the last one? Or do we have one more to look forward to before the year hiatus? o.o _________________ Projects: AOD Series: 70% | FFME: 80% | Pokemon: 18% | RPGSK: 60% | Star Trek: 70% | Star Trek 83+: 40% | TI-City: 5%

uhh, 6 days? | That's what I thought.
Also, I remembered this from an earlier post (Page 1): | KermMartian wrote: | *bump* Some thoughts!

Octavian said he was something he could never understand, not to trust her. | It's definitely a Young River, not quote as young as any of us were thinking. She didn't seem to recognize the lady with the eye-patch, but wasn't she in "Demons Run?" Wouldn't River have recognized her if this was in her future. Which would defeat the point that she's saying "I killed a good man" _________________

I think that was part of River's programming that got wiped, hence she didn't know who that lady was. _________________ Projects: AOD Series: 70% | FFME: 80% | Pokemon: 18% | RPGSK: 60% | Star Trek: 70% | Star Trek 83+: 40% | TI-City: 5%

The series 6 finale reminded me a lot of the series 5 finale... with the Doctor seemingly accepting and coming to terms with his death, and then reappearing in the last five minutes. I did like it overall, though there are still lots of loose ends that are going to need to be tied up in another future story arc...
Since I knew there would be a series 7 (and I wouldn't believe Moffat would ever really kill off the Doctor...), the whole "the Doctor is dying" ark was kind of anticlimactic, especially with the way he reappeared in the last five minutes. So it was really a matter of seeing how he was going to escape, and it seemed obvious to me beforehand that he was going to use a look-a-like of some sort.
But I wasn't expecting the Teselecta to be used as the escape device, so that was good.
As for the Question... does "silence will fall" mean that the organization will be destroyed (as implied by the Doctor's conversation with Dorium), or that something terrible will happen to the entire universe? _________________ Solar89: A 68k Dev Tool for z80 Basic

1) Isn't it the Tessalector? Someone gimme the correct spelling of that.
2) Never before have I seen a show both break the fourth wall and give the title meaning.
3) I always thought that it was the organization being destroyed but how could the answer to the Question cause the Silence to fall?
4) The Doctor always "Houdini"s back. _________________

Ha! I kinda thought he would use a Ganger, though I mentioned in the stream that the robot thing did seem like a better choice. Anyways, fantastic episode!
We found out that River was indeed in the suit.
We found out that the Dr doesn't really die.
We now know what that patch really was.
We have the question that can never be answered.
And River's level of awesome/hotness went up considerably. :p
Things that still need answering:
Amy and Rori still maintain memories of the reset universe, why?
The Dr's name, though I'm not sure we'll ever learn that.

What TARDIS River was-
Oh. Okay. You're talking about when she said that she was in charge of the TARDIS? _________________

No, the season 5 finale arc where River was flying the TARDIS, she ended up in Amy's yard, then when she tried to get back, it dropped her somewhere and she couldn't get out. She lost control of the TARDIS. _________________ Projects: AOD Series: 70% | FFME: 80% | Pokemon: 18% | RPGSK: 60% | Star Trek: 70% | Star Trek 83+: 40% | TI-City: 5%

| People saying "Doctor Who?" is an on-running gag of the show, though I don't think they do it very often in the New Series as they did in the Classic Series. |

The word is "Tesselector", combination of Tesseract and Selector.
If the Doctor didn't tell River his name then, why does she know his name in Silence in the Library? (I still REALLLLYYYY want them to make that have been _Silence_ in the Library).
Re: River getting stuck in the TARDIS at the end of Season 5: it always confused me that the TARDIS was in space as the "sun", but the door was against a stone wall. Did it get drawn into an asteroid or planet or space station of some sort? Maybe even on the moon? Although we saw the moon with no stars when Young Amy was drawing the sky with stars, so that means the TARDIS "sun" and the moon are separate.
Rory (not Rori afaik) and Amy maintain memories of the universe for no reason that I can tell, other than that they were "close to the epicenter", the same reason Jack, Martha, the Doctor, and the Master's wife remember the events of the Lost Year in the Season 3 finale.
I loved the SPQR roman emperor Churchill mashup timeline; that looked like it would have been a ton of fun to play with further.
| Quote: | | Who was controlling the TARDIS when River was flying it? | In the Season 2 Christmas Special, the TARDIS couldn't translate when the Doctor was unconscious, making him part of its mechanism, so maybe that's the distinction? _________________

No, because as she's losing control of the TARDIS, a voice comes from out of no where inside the TARDIS and proclaims "Silence will fall". That would indicate someone else is in control.
And if you recall, the Dr is just as baffled about them having their memories after the reset about the alternate reality. _________________ Projects: AOD Series: 70% | FFME: 80% | Pokemon: 18% | RPGSK: 60% | Star Trek: 70% | Star Trek 83+: 40% | TI-City: 5%
