I could test and screenshot for 82/83 if it becomes necessary. I doubt it will, though. Oh, and I frontpaged the news about this. Which sites do you want to post about this on, and which should I? _________________

I will post on my site about it, and I will also do Omnimaga. If you do tifreakware and anywhere else you can think of, that would be good. _________________ I am the eye of the river

To restate Harrierfalcon's question, are there deductions or disqualifications of announcing your project before the end of scoring? _________________ → ÷ ∟ ≥ ≠ ≤ ± π Θ √ ≅ ℕ ∞ ∑ ► → ∟ ⌂ º ± Ω π

Is that because you assume they post it to get help? _________________ I've given up trying to sync all of my sigs at once.

well, by using a pre-announced project, you have an advantage of already having some code. _________________ I am the eye of the river

No, not preannounced. I meant announcing it now.
If I could use preannounced projects I'd already be 96% done . _________________ I've given up trying to sync all of my sigs at once.

Well, does that mean I can't post progress in Project M on my site since that will be my entry? The contest just happened to be the same topic as it; I started Project M less than a week before the contest started... _________________ ~calc84maniac has spoken.

| You may not make a good game, for that would persuade them to vote for it. Seriously, I'm pretty sure he means bribery. |

Disqualified! Thou shalt not persuade them to explain thy rules. _________________

Well anyways, are we allowed to submit one Basic, one Asm platformer? _________________ I've given up trying to sync all of my sigs at once.

hmm, good question. Let me think on it a little bit, as I will be judging them separately.
Also, in some ways, Nikky did bring up a point. If you announce on a site, and I for some reason happen to visit it, can I really be fair then? just a hypothetical. _________________ I am the eye of the river

Oh! Jumping is HARD to make realistic. At least if you want the game to be fast. It is nearly only possible in TI-basic if the jumping object is small.

I also have a engine who calls another program for levels. It is a mix between a platform game and a maze game.

HAH!!! I have a DOUBBLE dot that jumps! J/k _________________

Please don't double-post. PLEASE don't triple post. Those can all be easily combined into a single post. _________________

| Firstly Olav, try not to triple post, second jumping is not hard in basic, third what's wrong with two pixles, 'The Game' had only one. |

You're right, jumping's easy. To make it more realistic, set the acceleration to 9.98*(seconds taken to execute a full cycle of the loop). _________________
