Searched for a long time but cannot find one, if someone knew one existed, grateful if you can share, thanks in advance!
My searching similarly turns up nothing. However, from looking at the information on the Nelder-Mead Method, it looks relatively straightforward to implement yourself, perhaps even in TI-Nspire BASIC. You should consider looking into perhaps writing it.

Thank you for your help, will try that. A bit surprised none existed on Nspire.. is this method considered obsolete and people are using something else?
