I am very new to this website, and I have a T1-83 Plus calculator. I also have a cord that is used to download things on it. I need help on how to download Flappy Birds onto my calculator. Thanks

A cord as in a SilverLink? Try this video and see if it clears anything up for you. The concepts are the same as for Mario; you'll still need Doors CS 7.2 and TI-Connect.
