Auto-Update FreeDNS w/ Dynamic IP

I have a DNS subdomain at freedns.afraid.org; I set it up so that lincol.mooo.com points to my IP address. However, my IP address changes every day, me not wanting to pay for a static IP address. How can I set up a script so it auto-updates my IP address every day? I'm on Win7, so I can't use something like cron.

Alternatively, this may be a feature of your router (on my cheap and nasty Linksys it's under Setup->DDNS, though only lists DynDNS.org and TZO.com as supported services).
