Or you could just use SourceCoder.

Hello Krazey! Welcome to Cemetech! You should introduce yourself 
SourceCoder is an online TI-Basic IDE, so that you can write your code on a computer and send it to your calculator. You can also give it an image, and it will convert it (.bmp <-> .8xi, in this case).
